1 apple
3 oz cooked chicken breast
2 T Simple Girl Citrus Ginger dressing
lemon juice, to taste
pink salt, to taste

Directions:

  1. Shred lettuce, apple, and chicken into bowl
  2. Mix in dressing, lemon juice, and pink salt, stirring until well coated with dressing
