Ingredients: 

1/4 c. spicy brown mustard
1 T. dijon mustard
1 T. minced garlic 
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. ginger
1⁄2 tsp. pepper
1⁄2 tsp. pink salt
1⁄4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 T. rosemary
1 tsp. dried onion flakes
1-2 dropperfuls stevia, optional
 

Directions: 
  1. Whisk all ingredients together in small bowl.
  2. Pour over protein/veggies of choice and allow to marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour.
