Spinach Feta Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients: 

2 eggs
2 cloves minced garlic
3/4 c. feta cheese
1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped spinach
2 lbs. ground turkey
1 tsp. oregano

Directions: 
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Thaw spinach then squeeze out excess liquid.
  3. Add all ingredients to food processor and process until well combined (or mix together in large bowl).
  4. Form into a loaf shape with hands and place into loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 1 hour.
  6. Remove from oven and slice.
