Ingredients:

8 oz cabbage
juice of half a lemon
1/2 t spicy mustard
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Place cabbage in steamer
  2. Cover and steam 5-10 minutes, until slightly tender
  3. Combine mustard and lemon juice in a bowl
  4. Add cabbage to bowl and toss
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
