Strawberry Crepes

Oil Free and Sugar Free and Low Carb

1 egg
3 egg whites
12 strawberries
8-12 drops SweetLeaf vanilla creme stevia

  1. Mix one egg with three whites and season with stevia
  2. Mash half of the strawberries
  3. Heat until warm
  4. Slice the rest of the strawberries
  5. Cook the egg in a dry non stick skillet, flipping it once, so it cooks all the way through
  6. Line the sliced strawberries down the middle and pour the mashed strawberry syrup on top
