Sweet BBQ Chicken Salad
Oil Free or Sugar Free or Gluten Free
Calories per serving:
1 (12 oz.) can chicken breast
1 apple, cored and sliced
3 celery ribs
1/4 c. stone ground dijon mustard
6 T. Simple Girl Carolina Style BBQ Sauce
- Place chicken in large bowl.
- Pulse apple and celery in food processor to chop finely then transfer to bowl.
- Stir in mustard and BBQ sauce until well coated.
- Serve with extra celery sticks and apple slices, if desired.
