Ingredients: 

1 (12 oz.) can chicken breast
1 apple, cored and sliced
3 celery ribs
1/4 c. stone ground dijon mustard
6 T. Simple Girl Carolina Style BBQ Sauce

Directions: 
  1. Place chicken in large bowl.
  2. Pulse apple and celery in food processor to chop finely then transfer to bowl.
  3. Stir in mustard and BBQ sauce until well coated.
  4. Serve with extra celery sticks and apple slices, if desired.
