Ingredients: 

1 clove garlic, minced
14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
1/4-1/2 tsp oregano
1/4-1/2 tsp thyme
1/4-1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 cup low fat Daisy Cottage Cheese 
pink salt and pepper, to taste

Directions: 
  1. Saute garlic for a minute in saucepan in a small amount of juice from diced tomatoes.
  2. Add tomatoes and spices and simmer for 5 minutes. 
  3. Transfer to blender then add cottage cheese and blend until smooth. 
  4. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
