Ingredients:
1 pear, sliced thin
1/2 c water
1 t lemon juice
5 drops SweetLeaf vanilla cream stevia
1 regular tea bag (orange pekoe or another of your liking)
1 t dried mint (or 1 mint tea bag)
Directions:
- Heat water in skillet over med-high heat
- Stir in lemon juice and stevia
- Add pear slices tea bag(s) and mint
- Bring to a boil then cover and reduce heat to low
- Cook for 5 minutes or until pear slices are tender when pierced with a fork
- Remove from heat and allow to cool
- Divide pears onto two plates
- Spoon a little of the liquid on top of the pears
