1 scoop whey protein powder of choice
1/4 c unsweetened almond or coconut milk
1/2 t baking powder
water, as needed 

Directions: 
  1. Stir all ingredients together until consistency is like pancake batter 
  2. Microwave 30-60 seconds, until cake poofs up 
  3. Sprinkle with toppings, if desired
