2 c. finely ground almond flour
1 1/3 c. tapioca starch/flour or arrowroot flour/powder
2/3 c. coconut flour

  1. Sift almond flour into bowl.
  2. Stir in tapioca flour (or arrowroot) and coconut flour.
  3. Sift mixture 2-3 times.
  4. Transfer mixture to sealed container for storage.
