Ingredients:

4 scoops protein powder, stevia sweetened
1 c egg whites
½ c greek yogurt 
2 t baking powder
1/2 t cinnamon or unsweetened cocoa powder, optional

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients together
  3. Add wet to dry and stir to combine
  4. Pour into 12 regular sized muffin tins or 6 jumbo ones
  5. Bake for 12-15 min for normal muffins and 16-20 min for jumbo muffins
