Ingredients:
4 scoops protein powder, stevia sweetened
1 c egg whites
½ c greek yogurt
2 t baking powder
1/2 t cinnamon or unsweetened cocoa powder, optional
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix all the dry ingredients together
- Add wet to dry and stir to combine
- Pour into 12 regular sized muffin tins or 6 jumbo ones
- Bake for 12-15 min for normal muffins and 16-20 min for jumbo muffins
