Almond Butter Cups

Ingredients:

Bottom Layer:
2 T melted coconut oil
4 T smooth almond butter
1/2 t vanilla stevia 

Top Layer:
2 T melted coconut oil
4 T smooth almond butter
1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1 t vanilla stevia

Directions:

Bottom layer:

  1. Stir until smooth.
  2. Set 10 muffin pan liners (or mini muffin pan liners) onto tray or plate.
  3. Pour 1 T of “Bottom Layer” recipe into each muffin cup liner.
  4. Put in freezer for 5 minutes.

Top Layer:

  1. Stir until smooth.
  2. Remove pan with the bottom layer from the freezer.
  3. Pour 1 T of “Top Layer” mixture to each muffin cup liner.
  4. Put the tray back in freezer for 15 minutes.
