Ingredients:
Bottom Layer:
2 T melted coconut oil
4 T smooth almond butter
1/2 t vanilla stevia
Top Layer:
2 T melted coconut oil
4 T smooth almond butter
1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1 t vanilla stevia
Directions:
Bottom layer:
- Stir until smooth.
- Set 10 muffin pan liners (or mini muffin pan liners) onto tray or plate.
- Pour 1 T of “Bottom Layer” recipe into each muffin cup liner.
- Put in freezer for 5 minutes.
Top Layer:
- Stir until smooth.
- Remove pan with the bottom layer from the freezer.
- Pour 1 T of “Top Layer” mixture to each muffin cup liner.
- Put the tray back in freezer for 15 minutes.
