Ingredients

4 oz ground chicken
2 T almond flour (will have some remaining)
spices of choice, if desired

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees (or can use air fryer)
  2. Form ground chicken into 6 nugget-shaped patties
  3. Place almond flour and spices in bowl
  4. Place each nugget into almond flour and cover until well coated
  5. Transfer to parchment lined baking sheet
  6. Bake for 20 minutes
