Almond Flax Crackers

Servings: 8 (8 crackers per serving)

Ingredients:

2 cups almond flour
1 cup flax meal
2 tsp each of cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, black pepper and salt
2 eggs
2 Tbsp olive oil 
 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine almond flour, flax meal and spices.
  3. Whisk egg and pour over flour mixture.
  4. Add olive oil.
  5. Stir or hand roll until dough forms.
  6. Roll dough into large ball and place on parchment lined baking sheet.
  7. Cover with another layer of parchment paper and roll out to 1/4″ thick
  8. Score 8 rows of 8 squares. 
  9. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool, break into squares.
