1 1/2 c. frozen chopped spinach
1 scoop Vanilla Nut Paleo Protein Powder (or other protein powder of choice)
1 T. coconut oil
1 T. unsweetened cocoa powder + extra for dusting
1/2 – 3/4 c. unsweetened almond milk
1 T. shredded unsweetened coconut
stevia, to taste (optional)
- Combine spinach, protein powder, coconut oil, cocoa powder, and almond milk in blender cup or food processor until well combined.
- Transfer mixture to bowl.
- Dust smoothie bowl with cocoa powder then place almonds and coconut on top.
