1 1/2 c. frozen chopped spinach
1 scoop Vanilla Nut Paleo Protein Powder (or other protein powder of choice)
1 T. coconut oil
1 T. unsweetened cocoa powder + extra for dusting
1/2 – 3/4 c. unsweetened almond milk
10 almonds
1 T. shredded unsweetened coconut
stevia, to taste (optional)


  1. Combine spinach, protein powder, coconut oil, cocoa powder, and  almond milk in blender cup or food processor until well combined.
  2. Transfer mixture to bowl. 
  3. Dust smoothie bowl with cocoa powder then place almonds and coconut on top.
