Ingredients

2 c raw or roasted almonds (or cashews)
pink salt, to taste

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Pour nuts onto a baking sheet and roast for 10 minutes, if desired 
  3. Transfer nuts to food processor or blender
  4. Process for about 10 minutes, scraping sides with spatula as needed, until smooth and creamy
  5. Add salt, if desired
