7 oz lean angus beef
5 oz grape tomatoes
5 oz zucchini
5 oz green peppers
8 oz mushrooms
1 t onion powder
2 t paprika
pink salt and pepper, to taste
1-2 c water
2 T salsa


  1. Brown beef in skillet over medium-high heat
  2. Chop all veggies into bite sized pieces and add to skillet
  3. Stir in water and spices and cook until tender
  4. Remove from heat and stir in salsa
