Ingredients:
7 oz lean angus beef
5 oz grape tomatoes
5 oz zucchini
5 oz green peppers
8 oz mushrooms
1 t onion powder
2 t paprika
pink salt and pepper, to taste
1-2 c water
2 T salsa
Directions:
- Brown beef in skillet over medium-high heat
- Chop all veggies into bite sized pieces and add to skillet
- Stir in water and spices and cook until tender
- Remove from heat and stir in salsa
