Ingredients:

1 apple
choice of seasonings (Chinese 5 spice, cinnamon, pink salt, etc)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
  2. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
  3. Cut apple into thin slices.
  4. Spread apple slices onto baking sheets, making sure you have no overlapping edges.
  5. Sprinkle some seasonings on top.
  6. Place in the oven to bake for 1 hour; then flip the slices and cook for another hour.
  7. Let the chips cool down and serve.
