Apple Pie Chia Pudding

1/2 c plain Greek yogurt
2 T chia seeds
1/2 c unsweetened almond milk
1/8 t cinnamon
1/2 T almond butter
stevia, to taste
1 apple, diced


  1. Stir together yogurt, chia seeds, almond milk, cinnamon, and almond butter
  2. Place in refrigerator overnight (or for at least 4 hours)
  3. Microwave diced apples for 2-3 minutes with a dash of cinnamon (can also steam in skillet in a small amount of water)
  4. Stir apples into chia pudding
