Ingredients

Loaf ingredients:
1/2 cup coconut flour, sifted
1/3 cup almond flour
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 eggs
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 Tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 medium apple thinly sliced

Crumble Topping Ingredients:
2 Tbsp ground Pecans
2 Tbsp coconut sugar
2 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
2 Tbsp butter

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Grease a loaf pan
  3. Mix eggs applesauce, almond milk, melted butter, and vanilla together in a bowl
  4. Mix coconut flour, almond flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda together in a separate bowl
  5. Mix wet into dry ingredients
  6. Pour into loaf pan
  7. Arrange sliced apples on top
  8. Combine all crumble ingredients and sprinkle on top of apples
  9. Bake for 40 minutes
