Ingredients

1 t onion powder
1 small bunch cilantro
2 medium apples 
1 T apple cider vinegar 
1/2 t Braggs liquid aminos 
1/2 t red pepper flakes 
4-5 drops liquid stevia

Directions
  1. Chop cilantro in large food processor.
  2. Add onion powder.
  3. Change blade to shredder, and shred apples into chopped cilantro.
  4. Transfer to dish and stir to incorporate.
  5. In small bowl, mix apple cider vinegar, liquid aminos, red pepper flakes, and stevia.
  6. Pour dressing over shredded apples.
