Ingredients

1 apple 
1 packet stevia 
1 tsp cinnamon
1 T water

Directions
  1. Cut apple core almost through
  2. Mix together stevia, cinnamon, and water
  3. Place apple on a sheet of foil and mold foil to "cup" the apple
  4. Pour liquid into apple core and tighten foil securely around apple
  5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
  6. Sprinkle extra cinnamon over top after removing from oven
