Ingredients:
1 lb asparagus
1 c parmesan cheese
1/2 c plain greek yogurt
1/2 c cottage cheese
1-2 T minced garlic
pink salt, to taste
1/4 t pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Steam asparagus
- Place asparagus in food processor and pulse until well chopped
- Place all other ingredients in food processor and process until combined
- Transfer dip into Pyrex baking dish
- Bake for 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly
