Ingredients

1 (6 oz) can Alaskan pink salmon
1/2 small onion, diced
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 T butter, melted
1/2 t pepper
 

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Combine salmon, egg, onion, butter, and pepper in bowl with hands
  3. Form into 4 patties and place on parchment-lined baking sheet
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, turning once, or until golden brown on both sides
