Ingredients

1/4 c unsweetened applesauce
2 small bananas 
2 eggs
2 T egg whites (or 1 egg white)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c vanilla hemp protein powder (or other protein powder of choice, unsweetened or sweetened with stevia)
1/4 c almond flour  
1/4 c raisins
1/4 c chopped walnuts

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix bananas, wet ingredients, and spices in food processor.
  3. Mix the protein and the almond flour.
  4. Mix in the pecans and raisins.
  5. Grease 8 x 8 baking dish and pour batter into it. 
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
