Ingredients:
1/4 c unsweetened applesauce
2 small bananas
2 eggs
2 T egg whites (or 1 egg white)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c vanilla hemp protein powder (or other protein powder of choice, unsweetened or sweetened with stevia)
1/4 c almond flour
1/4 c raisins
1/4 c chopped walnuts
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix bananas, wet ingredients, and spices in food processor.
- Mix the protein and the almond flour.
- Mix in the pecans and raisins.
- Grease 8 x 8 baking dish and pour batter into it.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
