Banana Flax Crackers

Ingredients:

1/2 c flax meal
1 ripe banana

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
  2. Grease baking sheet or line with parchment paper
  3. Combine banana and flax meal in food processor (or mash very well with masher, fork, whisk)
  4. Drop 1 T mounds onto baking sheet and flatten with fingers or spoon
  5. Bake 20 minutes or until edges are brown
