Ingredients:
2 c thin sliced green cabbage
1 (9 oz) bag mixed frozen peppers
1 small yellow onion, chopped
6 oz chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
1 T coconut oil
1/4 c Simple Girl Carolina Style BBQ Sauce
pink salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Melt coconut oil in skillet over medium high heat
- Add chicken and cook until no longer pink on either side
- Add peppers, onion, and cabbage to skillet
- Cover with lid and cook, stirring occasionally, until veggies are soft
- Remove from heat and stir in BBQ sauce, pink salt, and pepper
