2 c thin sliced green cabbage
1 (9 oz) bag mixed frozen peppers
1 small yellow onion, chopped
6 oz chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
1 T coconut oil
1/4 c Simple Girl Carolina Style BBQ Sauce
pink salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Melt coconut oil in skillet over medium high heat
  2. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink on either side
  3. Add peppers, onion, and cabbage to skillet
  4. Cover with lid and cook, stirring occasionally, until veggies are soft
  5. Remove from heat and stir in BBQ sauce, pink salt, and pepper
