Beef Fajita Peppers

Ingredients:

3.5 oz lean ground beef
8 oz bell peppers, sliced 
1/2-1 T Taco Seasoning
1/4 c water

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef in skillet over med-high heat
  2. Add water and taco season and stir
  3. Add bell peppers and cover
  4. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until peppers are cooked and liquid is gone from skillet
