Beef Stuffed Portobello Mushroom Caps

3.5 oz lean ground beef
2 large portobello mushroom caps
1/2 T minced garlic
1 t italian seasoning
1/2 t cumin
1 t Bragg's liquid aminos
salt and pepper, to taste
garlic powder, to taste
rosemary, to taste
- Spoon out the innards of the mushroom and put in bowl.
- Mix in ground beef, minced garlic, salt, pepper, italian seasoning, cumin, and Bragg's liquid aminos.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and rosemary on top.
- Stuff mixture into mushroom caps and bake in oven at 400° for 20-25 mins.
