Beef Stuffed Portobello Mushroom Caps

Ingredients:

3.5 oz lean ground beef
2 large portobello mushroom caps
1/2 T minced garlic
1 t italian seasoning
1/2 t cumin
1 t Bragg’s liquid aminos
salt and pepper, to taste
garlic powder, to taste
rosemary, to taste

 

Directions:

  1. Spoon out the innards of the mushroom and put in bowl.
  2. Mix in ground beef, minced garlic, salt, pepper, italian seasoning, cumin, and Bragg’s liquid aminos.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder and rosemary on top.
  4. Stuff mixture into mushroom caps and bake in oven at 400° for 20-25 mins.
