Ingredients:
8 oz mushrooms
1/2 t onion powder
1 t lemon juice
1 t liquid aminos
1/2 t fennel seeds
1/4 t ginger
1/4 t garlic powder
1/8 t pepper
1/4 t curry powder
3.5 oz 90% lean ground beef
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Pulse mushrooms in food processor then transfer to bowl
- Stir in lemon juice, liquid aminos, and spices
- Add beef to bowl and combine all ingredients together with hands
- Scoop mixture out by the spoonful into 8 mounds onto lined pan and flatten into nugget shape
- Bake 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through
