8 oz mushrooms
1/2 t onion powder
1 t lemon juice
1 t liquid aminos
1/2 t fennel seeds
1/4 t ginger
1/4 t garlic powder
1/8 t pepper
1/4 t curry powder
3.5 oz 90% lean ground beef


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Pulse mushrooms in food processor then transfer to bowl
  4. Stir in lemon juice, liquid aminos, and spices
  5. Add beef to bowl and combine all ingredients together with hands
  6. Scoop mixture out by the spoonful into 8 mounds onto lined pan and flatten into nugget shape
  7. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through
