2 T prebiotic fiber (FiberYum IMO syrup)
1/4 c egg white protein powder (or other protein powder of choice)
1 T almond flour
1/2 – 1 dropperful stevia (plain or flavor of choice)
Additional add-ins of choice (cinnamon, vanilla extract, shredded coconut, cacao/cocoa powder, freeze-dried/dried fruit, nuts, raisins, chocolate chips, etc)*



  1. In small bowl, combine protein powder, almond flour stevia, and additional add-ins (see variations below)
  2. Heat prebiotic fiber (FiberYum IMO syrup) in small saucepan over med-high heat until starting to bubble
  3. Pour prebiotic fiber into small bowl
  4. Stir until doughy mixture is formed (if mixture is too sticky, add additional protein powder)
  5. Transfer dough to wax or parchment paper
  6. Form into bar shape
  7. Place in refrigerator until cooled and set
  8. Store in baggie or wax paper at room temp or in refrigerator

*Add-in Variations: 

– Cinnamon Roll: 1/2 t vanilla extract, vanilla creme stevia, 1/4 t cinnamon

– Vanilla Almond: 1/2 t vanilla extract, vanilla creme stevia, 1/2 T coarsely crushed almonds

– Coconut Cashew: 1 t shredded unsweetened coconut, 1/2 T coarsely crushed cashews

– Chocolate: 1 t cacao/cocoa powder, chocolate stevia

– Chocolate Chunk: 1 t cacao/cocoa powder, chocolate stevia, 1/2 T chocolate chips (or COcolate Chips)

– Banana Bread: 1/4 t cinnamon, english toffee stevia, 1/2 crushed freeze-dried bananas

– Banana Nut Muffin: 1/4 t cinnamon, vanilla creme stevia, 1/2 T crushed freeze-dried (or dried) bananas, 1/2 T coarsely chopped walnuts

– Chocolate Strawberry/Raspberry: 1 t cacao/cocoa powder, 1 T crushed freeze-dried (or dried) strawberries/raspberries, chocolate stevia

– Blueberries/Strawberries/Raspberries N Cream: 1/2 t vanilla extract, vanilla creme stevia, 1 T crushed freeze-dried (or dried) blueberries/strawberries/raspberries

– PB&J or AB&J: 1t peanut/almond butter, grape stevia

– Crunchy PB&J (or AB&J): 1 t peanut/almond butter, grape stevia, 1 t crushed peanuts/almonds

– Mint Chocolate Chunk: peppermint stevia, 1 t cacao/cocoa powder, 1/2 T chocolate chips (or COcolate Chips)

– Apple Pie: vanilla creme or english toffee stevia, 1 T crushed freeze-dried (or dried) apples, 1/4 t cinnamon

– Chocolate Covered Raisin: 1 t cacao/cocoa powder, 1 T raisins, chocolate stevia

– S’mores: chocolate or vanilla creme stevia, 1/2 t vanilla extract, 1/2 T COcolate Chips (or cocolate chips)
