Bison Feta Zucchini Burger

8 oz ground bison
1 small zucchini, grated
1/4 c onion, shredded
1 T spicy brown mustard
1/4 c feta crumbles


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Wring liquid from grated zucchini and onion in a dish towel
  3. Use hands to mix zucchini, onion, mustard, and feta into bison
  4. Form into 2 patties
  5. Place burgers on baking sheet and bake 10 minutes
  6. Flip burgers over and bake another 10 minutes
