Ingredients:
8 oz ground bison
1 small zucchini, grated
1/4 c onion, shredded
1 T spicy brown mustard
1/4 c feta crumbles
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Wring liquid from grated zucchini and onion in a dish towel
- Use hands to mix zucchini, onion, mustard, and feta into bison
- Form into 2 patties
- Place burgers on baking sheet and bake 10 minutes
- Flip burgers over and bake another 10 minutes
