Bison Mushroom Meatballs
Calories per serving
3.5 oz uncooked bison (works with any meat)
8 oz mushrooms
1 t onion powder
1 T fresh rosemary
1 t pink salt
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Grind mushrooms and seasoning in food processor to a fine consistency.
- Add bison and process until incorporated evenly.
- Roll in to balls.
- Bake for 25 minutes. (Can pop under broiler if you like them browned)
