Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients:

1 1/2 c. black beans, rinsed
2 T. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 c. oats
1/2 c. IMO syrup (or honey)
1/4 c. coconut oil
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. baking powder 
1/4 tsp. pink salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease 8×8 inch pan or line with parchment paper.
  3. Combine all ingredients in food processor until smooth.
  4. Bake 15-20 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and allow to cool at least 10 minutes.
  6. Cut into 12 equal squares.
  7. Store in refrigerator (will harden more as they chill).
