Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. frozen blueberries
1/2 c. water
2 dropperfuls stevia
1/2 tsp. xanthan gum
Directions:
- Place berries, water, and stevia in small saucepan and heat over med-high heat.
- When hot, gradually dust xanthan gum over surface and whisk into mixture.
- Continue heating until sauce begins to thicken.
- Chill in fridge.
