Ingredients:
5 oz chicken breast
1 T pesto
2 tomato slices
1/8 c fresh shredded provolone cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Place chicken on parchment lined baking sheet
- Spread pesto onto chicken
- Place fresh sliced tomatoes on top of the pesto and sprinkle with cheese
- Bake until chicken is cooked through (about 20 minutes)
- Broil for 2 minutes to brown cheese
