5 oz chicken breast
1 T pesto
2 tomato slices
1/8 c fresh shredded provolone cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Place chicken on parchment lined baking sheet
  3. Spread pesto onto chicken
  4. Place fresh sliced tomatoes on top of the pesto and sprinkle with cheese
  5. Bake until chicken is cooked through (about 20 minutes)
  6. Broil for 2 minutes to brown cheese
