3.5 oz. ground bison seasoned with Taco Seasoning
1/4 cup chopped onion 
3 oz red peppers 
1/4 cup four cheese Mexican Blend 
4 grape tomatoes 
2 scallions 
Coconut Flour Wraps

Directions
  1. Prepare Coconut Flour Wraps according to recipe 
  2. Saute onions and red pepper in a little coconut oil
  3. Add ground bison and sauté until cooked through
  4. Assemble burrito and garnish with scallions and tomatoes
