Buffalo Marinara over Cucumber Noodles

8 oz Cucumber Noodles
3.5 oz ground buffalo
4 T tomato paste
1/2-1 c water
1/2 t rosemary
1/2 t garlic powder
1/4 t onion powder
salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Brown buffalo in small saucepan over med-high heat.
  2. Stir in spices, tomato paste and 1/2 c water.
  3. Simmer and stir, adding water until you reach desired thickness.
  4. Pour sauce over cucumber noodles.
