Ingredients

7 oz ground buffalo (or ground beef)
2 t onion powder
4 cloves garlic
4 T water
8 oz canned diced tomatoes
8 oz canned tomato sauce
1 t tomato paste
1 T basil
1 T italian seasoning
16 oz shredded cabbage
1/2 t pink salt
1/2 t pepper

Directions
  1. Over medium heat, heat 2 T water, 3 garlic cloves, and onion powder
  2. Saute until garlic is cooked
  3. Add ground buffalo and basil, salt, and pepper
  4. Stir and cook until meat is fully browned
  5. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and paste
  6. Mix well
  7. Add addition spices as needed
  8. Let simmer and stir occasionally 
  9. In separate pan, add 2 T water 1 garlic clove, and saute for 1 minute
  10. Add cabbage and remaining seasoning
  11. Saute until soft
  12. Drain and put on plate
  13. Top with sauce and serve
