Ingredients:
1 large apple
2 T almond butter
2 T coconut oil
2 dropperfuls (or more to taste) SweetLeaf english toffee stevia
Directions:
- Cut apple into bite-sized piece (or use melon baller)
- Melt coconut oil and almond butter together
- Stir in english toffee stevia
- Dip each bite of apple into mixture then place on parchment lined baking sheet
- Place baking sheet into freezer until coating hardens on apples
- Remove baking sheet from freezer and dip apples again (repeat until all mixture is used)
- Store in fridge
