1 large apple
2 T almond butter
2 T coconut oil
2 dropperfuls (or more to taste) SweetLeaf english toffee stevia 


  1. Cut apple into bite-sized piece (or use melon baller)
  2. Melt coconut oil and almond butter together 
  3. Stir in english toffee stevia
  4. Dip each bite of apple into mixture then place on parchment lined baking sheet
  5. Place baking sheet into freezer until coating hardens on apples
  6. Remove baking sheet from freezer and dip apples again (repeat until all mixture is used)
  7. Store in fridge
