Ingredients:

1 head cauliflower
1 T coconut oil

Directions:

  1. Pull off the leaves and break the cauliflower into large florets
  2. Pulse florets in food processor until finely chopped
  3. Heat skillet on med-high heat
  4. Melt coconut oil in skillet
  5. Add cauliflower and stir-fry for 5 minutes
