2.5 c frozen chopped spinach
1 T coconut oil
1/2 c cottage cheese
2 T Bragg’s Nutritional Yeast
pink salt, to taste


  1. Melt coconut oil in skillet over med-high heat
  2. Add spinach to skillet and cover, stirring occasionally
  3. Stir in cottage cheese and nutritional yeast
  4. Remove from heat and stir in pink salt
