Ingredients:
2.5 c frozen chopped spinach
1 T coconut oil
1/2 c cottage cheese
2 T Bragg’s Nutritional Yeast
pink salt, to taste
Directions:
- Melt coconut oil in skillet over med-high heat
- Add spinach to skillet and cover, stirring occasionally
- Stir in cottage cheese and nutritional yeast
- Remove from heat and stir in pink salt
