Cherry Pecan Bites (Bombs)

4 oz raw organic cacao paste wafers
1/4 c coconut butter (manna)
2 oz pecan halves, broken into pieces by hand
1 1/2 oz unsweetened coconut flakes
6 oz pitted cherries (about 20 cherries), chopped into small pieces
- Melt cacao paste wafers & coconut butter together.
- Put a small amount of cacao/coconut butter mixture in the bottom of 8 silicone muffin cups (just enough to barely cover the bottom)
- Pour all other ingredients into remaining cacao/coconut butter mixture and stir well.
- Spoon mixture into muffin cups.
- Place in freezer for at least 30 minutes.
