Ingredients:
6 oz brussels sprouts
1/2 c cherries
1/4 t allspice
pink salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Prehat oven to 350 degrees
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Slice brussels sprouts in half and place in bowl
- Remove pits from cherries and add cherries to bowl
- Toss mixture with allspice, pink salt, and pepper
- Spread into thin layer on baking sheet
- Bake 15 mins
- Flip and bake another 5 minutes
