Ingredients:
2 large ripe bananas
3 T unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 c liquid egg whites
1/2 c unsweetened almond milk
2 1/2 c flax meal
1 T coconut oil
1/2 c protein powder of choice (stevia sweetened only)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees and line 13×9 inch cookie sheet with parchment paper
- Combine all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth
- Spread batter evenly onto cookie sheet
- Bake 20 minutes
- Remove from oven and allow to cool
- Cut into 12 equal rectangles
