Chicken & Broccoli with Cabbage

1 T coconut oil
6 oz chicken breast, cut into strips
1/2 small head cabbage, sliced thin
1 c broccoli
1/4 c coconut aminos
1 t fresh ginger, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 t Red Boat fish sauce
4 drops stevia
1/4 t chili flakes, optional
1/2 t sesame seeds


  1. In small bowl, combine coconut aminos, fish sauce, and stevia
  2. Heat oil in large skillet or wok over med-high heat
  3. Add chicken and cook until cooked through
  4. Remove chicken from pan and set aside on paper towel lined plate
  5. Add ginger to skillet and cook about 20 seconds
  6. Add broccoli and cabbage and stir fry 3-5 minutes, until slightly wilted
  7. Add garlic and chili flakes, if desired, and cook another minute
  8. Add chicken back to skillet with veggies
  9. Stir liquid ingredients into skillet
  10. Turn heat to high and allow liquid to reduce for a couple minutes 
  11. Transfer to plate
  12. Garnish with sesame seeds
