Ingredients:
1 T coconut oil
6 oz chicken breast, cut into strips
1/2 small head cabbage, sliced thin
1 c broccoli
1/4 c coconut aminos
1 t fresh ginger, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 t Red Boat fish sauce
4 drops stevia
1/4 t chili flakes, optional
1/2 t sesame seeds
Directions:
- In small bowl, combine coconut aminos, fish sauce, and stevia
- Heat oil in large skillet or wok over med-high heat
- Add chicken and cook until cooked through
- Remove chicken from pan and set aside on paper towel lined plate
- Add ginger to skillet and cook about 20 seconds
- Add broccoli and cabbage and stir fry 3-5 minutes, until slightly wilted
- Add garlic and chili flakes, if desired, and cook another minute
- Add chicken back to skillet with veggies
- Stir liquid ingredients into skillet
- Turn heat to high and allow liquid to reduce for a couple minutes
- Transfer to plate
- Garnish with sesame seeds
