Chicken & Broccoli with Cauli-Rice

2 c Cauliflower Rice
1 c steamed broccoli florets
4 oz chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
1/2 T coconut oil
Bragg’s liquid aminos, to taste
1 egg


  1. Heat skillet to med-high heat and melt coconut oil
  2. Add chicken and cook until done
  3. Add steamed broccoli, cauliflower rice, and liquid aminos
  4. Stir-fry until heated thoroughly
  5. Move mixture away from center of skillet, forming a hole
  6. Crack egg into center of skillet and scramble
  7. Stir mixture all together so egg is mixed throughout
