Ingredients:
2 c Cauliflower Rice
1 c steamed broccoli florets
4 oz chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
1/2 T coconut oil
Bragg’s liquid aminos, to taste
1 egg
Directions:
- Heat skillet to med-high heat and melt coconut oil
- Add chicken and cook until done
- Add steamed broccoli, cauliflower rice, and liquid aminos
- Stir-fry until heated thoroughly
- Move mixture away from center of skillet, forming a hole
- Crack egg into center of skillet and scramble
- Stir mixture all together so egg is mixed throughout
