3 T coconut oil
8 c water or chicken stock
1 onion, minced
2 gloves garlic, minced
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1 head cabbage, chopped
8 oz tomato paste
2 c carrots, sliced
1 (12.5 oz) can of chicken breast


  1. Melt coconut oil in large saucepan
  2. Cook onion and garlic until translucent
  3. Add remaining ingredients
  4. Bring to a boil
  5. Reduce to simmer for 15-30 minutes
